At Skin & Sculpt Derby, your safety, comfort and experience are our priority. Please take a moment to read through our policies before booking your appointment.
By booking an appointment with Skin & Sculpt Derby, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting Skin & Sculpt Derby directly.
When you've booked your consultation, a £20 booking deposit is required . Payment must be made within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time, your appointment slot will be released and made available for other clients to book. Your appointment is only fully confirmed once your £20 deposit has been received.
If you decide to go ahead with treatment, your £20 deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If you attend your consultation and decide that treatment is not right for you, your £20 deposit will be refunded.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments will result in your £20 deposit being retained.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more late will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Consultation & Client Information
A consultation appointment must be completed before your first treatment.
To ensure your safety and treatment suitability, all clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including any:
Medical conditions
Medications
Allergies or sensitivities
Skin concerns
Previous aesthetic treatments
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Skin & Sculpt Derby of any changes to their medical history before future appointments.
We reserve the right to postpone or refuse treatment if we feel it is not suitable or safe to proceed.
Treatment Suitability & Results
All treatments offered at Skin & Sculpt Derby are tailored to each individual client.
During your consultation, we will discuss your concerns, desired results, treatment options and realistic expectations.
Results vary from person to person and can be influenced by factors including skin type, hormones, lifestyle, body composition and following recommended aftercare.
While we always aim to achieve the best possible results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Patch Test Policy
A patch test may be required before certain treatments, including laser hair removal.
The purpose of a patch test is to assess how your skin responds to the treatment and help ensure your safety.
Skin & Sculpt Derby reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed where required.
Clinic Environment
Skin & Sculpt Derby is a private treatment space designed to provide a calm and relaxing experience. To maintain a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone.
Payments Policy
Payment is required in full on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept available payment methods listed at the time of booking.
Before & After Photographs
Before and after photographs may be taken throughout your treatment journey to monitor progress and results.
Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with your permission.
Individual results vary and before and after images should not be viewed as a guarantee of results.
Privacy Policy
All client information provided during consultation is kept confidential and stored securely.
Your personal information will only be used for purposes relating to your treatments, communication, and maintaining your client records.
